At Lilsa Lodge, we strive to provide our guests and customers with the highest quality hunting and outdoor gear. Your satisfaction is paramount to us, which is why we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.

Return Eligibility Window: You can return most items purchased from our online shop within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items That Can Be Returned:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at (352) 817-8985 or via email at returns@lilsalodge.com to initiate the return process.
  2. Return Approval: Once your return is reviewed and approved, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Shipping: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within a 7 days.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and send your item to our return address.

Shipping Costs:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
